Versus chat assistants
A chat assistant is excellent when you have a question. It waits for you to ask. That is the limitation: you have to remember to ask, and you have to know there is something to ask about. Waveloom watches instead. It sees the partnership email land at 6am, checks it against what it knows about you, and decides whether to make a card. You did not prompt it. You open the feed and it is there, with the reason and a draft. Or it is not, because it did not matter.
Versus notification and alert tools
Alert tools tell you what changed. Waveloom tells you whether it matters, and stays quiet otherwise. Most of what it reviews produces nothing, on purpose, with a hard cap on new cards and quiet hours for the rest. A topic that already has a card gets a thread, not a second alert.
Where this stands
