Waveloom provides AI agent services that can browse the web, write code, create files, and automate tasks on your behalf. Each user receives access to an isolated cloud container environment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed when your agent executes tasks. Credit packages are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire. Early bird pricing and bonuses are promotional offers subject to change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Distribute malware or harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Waveloom. We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Waveloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
