Waveloom is not a writing tool. It will not draft your blog post, generate your LinkedIn update, or produce ten variations of a headline. If you want that, there are many products that do it, and this is not one of them.
What Waveloom does is the part before the writing: the reading. It follows the topics you care about in the background and hands you what moved, so that when you sit down to write you start from something real instead of a blank page and a search tab.
The problem it solves
Founders who write regularly all have the same ritual. Open twenty tabs. Skim newsletters. Check what people are saying about the thing you want to say something about. Lose an hour. Write for twenty minutes.
Most of that hour is spent re-reading things you already saw, or reading things that turned out not to matter. Waveloom takes that hour and does it in the background, with a strict bar for what is worth your attention.
How it works
You set the topics. A watch is a topic, a question, or a competitor, described in plain language. "What are operators saying about approval-gated agents?" is a focused starting point. "AI" is not. The current flow searches public-news results; it does not automatically read every newsletter or crawl a list of chosen pages.
It reads and drops. On a scheduled run, Waveloom reviews the search results it receives and selects items that materially match your question. Weak matches can produce nothing. Selected findings enter feed processing, where topic matching and batch limits keep the output focused. This is not exhaustive coverage: an important piece may never appear in those results.
You get a digest. The research digest card, labelled "For you", collects what cleared the bar across your topics. Each item has a link to the source. This is what you open when you want to write.
And discovery cards. When something individually notable shows up, a new angle, a piece you should read before you publish, it arrives as its own card with a one-line "why this matters" and the evidence link.
The morning brief. A daily summary of selected recent feed cards, only when there is enough to say. A watch finding may be included if its card makes that selection; check the evidence before quoting or publishing it.
What you write is yours
Waveloom never puts words on your page. There is no draft-a-post action. The only drafts it produces are replies to email and Slack messages, and those only go out after you approve them.
Your voice, your take, your publishing schedule. Waveloom's job is to make sure you have seen what you needed to see before you start.
What it is not
